Hi all!
I'm new in all this, and I'm a bit confused.
I have a PAL XBOX, with the EXECUTER2 chip. I was trying to convert my XBOX from PAL to NTSC, using the Enigmah Video Mode Selector file.
I've download the ISO file, and I know I have to burn it to a CD. But I've read about XISO and XBE files. Do I have to transform this ISO into XISO? And what about the XBE file? Is it necessary? How to make one?
I'm sorry to bother you guys, but I don't know what to do.
Thanks in advance.

the .iso you downloaded is an xiso. The default.xbe is part of that image. YES, you need the xbe, thats what the xbox runs. You dont make it, thats what the program is. Its like an .exe file in windows.

So i just burn this XISO to a CD-RW, and boot it?
Isn't it necessary to have a separate default.xbe file in the CD also? If so, can I extract it from the XISO file?

YES, just burn the iso to the disc. If you read what I said "The default.xbe is part of that image.", so no, you dont need to include it seperatly.
Yes, you can extract the xiso if you want to, check out the xbox-scene.com Tools section (Hint: ISO TOOLS).

OK, I understood.
I've allready burned the ISO into a CD-RW with NERO, but my XBOX didn't recognize it.
Maybe it's my CD brand. Someone told me to use RICOH or MEMOREX. Are these the best?
Thanks again!!! biggrin.gif
