i have xbmp 2.4 set up on my xbox. now, i transferred a few movies to my f:videos section of my hdd, i also made sure in my config.xml, that it is properly linked. when i try and play the video, i get no picture and no sound !!! i have also tried calibrating the screen. what could be wrong? am i doing something wrong?

thanks,

what format is the video in? VOB, DivX, etc? have you tested out multiple formats? maybe posting your config would help out also.
