well, i finally solved my previous problem and got the chip to work fine (it's a X2.2 pro on a v1.0 xbox). i booted it up and it loaded cromwell, and i flashed to the M7 bios. when i reboot the xbox, i get the error screen saying my xbox needs service. when i disable the chip i get that screen as well. anyone have any idea what the problem might be? how could it go from flashing to saying i need service? is a bad solder job usually the result of the service message? b/c my stuff looks dead on.
