Ok, im having trouble on deciding which type of mod chip i want to get... its either xbit or cham. I want one that is solderless because i can't use a soldering iron worth shit.. I wanted to get an xbit but someone told me they "suck balls" saying a lot of them are defective, soo.. i looked at some chams and then someone else said xbits are better.. much easier to update etc.. soo i am looking for your guys personal opinions on which one i should get

the "what modchip should I get" question is junk.. mainly because everyone holds their own opinions about them.

all the modchip info can be found here

and a giant conparasin chart can be found here

Also, I HIGHLY reccomend going into each of the modchip forums here at XS (team xecuter, team xodus, and team DMS) and just reading about peoples experiences, how to install them, what might be right for you. Thats what I did when I picked - and I'm not telling you which one I picked because it will influence your decision.

Now, Im locking this thread - not to be mean or anything, but so your mind isnt polluted by other peoples opinions smile.gif
