i installed the live 2.0 patch without knowing it would screw up my audio exploit. me and my little brother have xboxes but his is a diffrent version. If i copied his c drive to my xbox after deleting my c drive would that mess it up or would i be able to do this?

taking his older dashboard (and its files) and overwriting your new 2.0 dash (and its files) will fix the problem

A few specific files. Copying the whole harddrive would screw your Xbox up worse, much worse.
Im not sure on what files, that question is for one wiser then me.

How did you screw up the first one? And are you selling it off?

okay first when u upgrade to a new dash m$ updates ur bios too
the bios prevents the font hacks to load anything off evox or off the hard drive in that case
i think it just cancels out audio...
what you have to do is put 007/Ma back in
get phoenix bios loader with font hacks..
if u use the correct tutorials, ur xbox should start up, loop maybe once or twice, then u'll see the phoenix loading screen! now PBL has loaded a different bios that allows you to load off the hard drive again! TADA also the new PBL should come with a bios that overides the clock completely...but i'm not sure...mine does..
