Hi,

Just wondering if it's possible to force xSnes9x to not display the header information each time I load a ROM? Thanks.

it gets displayed for what...all of 2 seconds? how much of a big deal is it.

also - when you soft reset the rom after that, its not displayed

Perhaps I'm just a bit picky about my minimalistic preferences, but I just like a clean load, it looks much better. And soft resetting doesn't really help, because it's the initial load that bothers me. I guess I'll just have to deal with it, though.

the reason why i dont want to remove it, or even provide a toggle to enable/disable it is purely because i dont want to stray too far away from the original codebase to what the xbox has now. I'm very lucky to have the xbox source in the Snes9x cvs servers in the first place.

also, i want to respect the fact that this source is not mine. Im porting it from an existing emulator. Id like to keep this functionality in. Just in the same way Mame has the 'ok' screen and users want it hacked out etc.

hope this clears it up for you
