Does anyone have a decent solution for storing multiple Map files on the hard drive and in order to transfer them to X,Y, or Z without have to reFTP them?

just put them in a different folder on the xbox, and move them over using boxplorer.

That's what I was going to do, but boxplorer would only let me copy to E or F, and not X,Y, or Z. Is there another option I'm missing?

you can have different eg bloodgulch maps on your xbox at the same time

to do this:
make 3 different modded bloodgulch files
and open them with you hex editor and at 0x20 (the title) change it to another map like eg sidewinder
so you have like
cache003.map - bloodgulch
cache004.map - sidewinder (another bloodgulch)

then in halo start sidewinder and it will start you second bloodgulch wink.gif

That's pretty smooth! Makes sense, but I'd like to probably still use more than BG if I can get them all on the Xbox simultaneously. I just don't understand how to get Boxplorer to transfer to X, Y, or Z if that's even possible.

well some probs

it doesnt overwrite meaning not enough space
solution: delete cache file first then copy

you cant see the X,Y,Z drives
solution: start will let you select your drives

dunno what else it could be, it should be possible since you can upload to x,y,z

You should be able to use Avalaunch or UnleashX. Both of those dashboards have implemented a File Explorer that shows C,D,E,F,G,X,Y, and Z. Haven't tested if it will show memory cards or not, but at least it shows all those drives.

Ok thanks, I'll have to do the delete and then copy try. I've pressed start for the drive menu before, so there isn't a problem there. I can recognize the other drives I just wasn't given the option of which to copy to other than E or F.

Damn, I'm glad I read this thread. I never even thought of keeping my hacks on my xbox like this. I know what I'm doing when I get home. biggrin.gif

SWEET Thanks XBOX War3z I've been wanting to know how to do this for several weeks now. I knew it was something simple that I was missing.

Props!
