Xbox Coax Digital Out Modded Help Please

I modded digital out to my xbox I have philips mx5700 home theater but i can't get any sound.I turned dolby enabled in dashboard.I try everything but , cant get sound.Please help me.

What pins did you use walker1982? Pin 6 is the SPDIF and then a ground I used pin 5.

actually i didnt modded digital out my xbox .my technical service do it but they use xbox digital out tutorial i dont know which pin they use.They tell me , maybe the problem is ground and signal cables wrong.

I was mislead by a tut here for the coaxial o/p. Pin 6 is definately the SPDIF or digital output. Some tut say pin 5, which is incorrect.

In the Xbox-scene digital out tutorial, only pin 3 is digital pin 5 is ground what is pin 6?

I modde mine from the tutorial here on xbox-scene.

Works like a charm!

Is there any chance my receiver does not decode xbox digital signal?
My receiver brand is Philips MX5700D Home Theater .It is only coax digital in no optical.Is there anybody have that receiver and working correctly with xbox? Help

Not likely.
The XBOX digital output is the same as what 99.99% of DVD players put out.
The Philips Home Theatre you have is supposed to support the same the standard.
Why don't you try connecting another DVD player into you Philips Home Theatre decoder (not the one that was supplied with it) and see if you get digital out, that will prove if the problem is with the XBOX or your Home Theatre decoder.
