I have an Xbox 1.5 and the latest EB2k Chameleon with adapter and understand I simply need to solder the ground to Pin 2 in addition to what the guide explains.

When soldering to pin2 do I just solder to the pin2 on the adapter? If so, from the top or the bottom of the Mobo?

Then I just put some solder right on the ring where the screw goes, solder the other end there and screw in the adapter?

I've read from JD that I need 24 guage wire, got that.. ready to go. Just need the basic soldering idea.

Thanks for any guidance!

dude do this get a wire that has a like a washer on it like a duh ground wire loop then just one solder point would do eliminate soldering to a minimum that eliminates mess ups then all you have to do is solder the pin 2 one solder point
