Its on Easynews and I have just what it takes to get it left on my monthly ratio... How is it compared to EA Sports NHL 2003 ?
I'm a bit tired to win 7-1, 8-2, 5-0 at Difficult with EAs....

I heard Sega was way more reaslitic...

It doesn't support system link does it ? Would have been great on XBC.

Thanks !

I'm a big EA fan, never actually played SEGA (will tonight).

From what I've heard, EA is more "arcadish" and Eye candy than SEGA, but if you're looking for a real simulation, SEGA is THE game.

Well, I'll see tonight... But at least SEGA is playable on XBC !

I agree that nhl2k3 is not as pretty as ea hockey but its a great deal more challenging and there seems to be far more variety of play and animation. Its more of a sim for sure and if thats what you after id recommend it 100%

Played it for the first time last Friday and man is this the best hockey game (simulation wise)I've played since a loooooooong time. I didn't say the prettiest, I said the best ! smile.gif

Ok, right, a bit less eye-candy than EA but if you're looking for realism... Sega is THE game to buy.
Lots and lots of cool moves, damn you can still use your stick when you fall on the ice, you can pin players in corners while an other player come get the puck... really cool !

And it plays online for free !!!!

Seriousely, best hocket simulation out there... If you're looking for a more "eye-candy" arcade type of Hockey game, get EA or Hitz but if you're looking for realism... get Sega !

P.S EA FANS DON'T FLAME ME I NEVER SAID EA SUCKS' I STILL LOVE IT !!! biggrin.gif
