You need a torx wrench and there are 6 screws 4 under each one of the tabs on the corners on the bottom of the xbox. and 1 under each one of the stickers on the bottom of the xbox

Pry them off with a screwdriver or your fingers. They dont stick again very well so I just used electrical tape to secure them.

torx look like a 8 sided star.... they should be in any general screw diver kit.... with the tabs u gotta pry them back a bit (not all the way) and u can remove the screw... i jsut left out those screws and used the two in the middle...

to find the ones in da middle just press on the labels and if u see an indentation then thats where da screw is and just press down to get the screw out w/o removing the labels wink.gif

hmmm beat me to da reply! btw Yoshimashin u really should read the tutorials.... there r pl that r not as nice as us here

you'll probably need a T10 to get the hard drive and dvdrom drive off, i dont think a flathead will work. if it does, let me know, cause i lost my T10! it's somewhere in my room!
