I have a wierd problem when connection my PC to the xbox.

I have tried with both FlashFXP and LeechFTP and both have the same problem. I am not able to see the content of the xbox. FlashFXP freezes when it is about to list (after successfully logged in). LeechFTP is able to show the folders, but no other content. I am able to transfer files to the xbox, but I am not able to see them. I am not using passive mode.

Could anyone help me?

unchecked everything at site manager? els set to default? double check everything, you probably missed a spot! And the firewall is off?

check to see if passive mode is disabled.
Is your firewall rules blocking the response?

I am not using a firewall, and passive mode is disabled. I have doublechecked the settings on the xbox and the PC. Everything should be in order.

If I try to connect to the xbox through another PC, the PC and xbox does not even report a link. I have tried with different cabels.

Any other suggestions about what I should do? blink.gif

Sorry, mate. I have already done that... still got the same problem.

It seems strange that I am the only one with this kind of problem. I have been able to list the different partitions (C,D,E,F...) and get the listing of the Skin-folder for EvoX on the C-partition on the xbox, using LeechFTP . But why doesn't the other files show? It is really annoying as I'm not able to even change the menu-structure of my EvoX dashboard.

IF I'm ever able to list my files again... dry.gif how do I upgrade to the latest versjon of EvoX? I have tried to burn the EvoX to a CD and boot with that, so that I could overwrite the old version with the new version. But the Xbox seems to boot with the EvoX on the HD instead. I guess I won't be able to overwrite the EvoX files on the HD while the files are in use.

What do you prefer? EvoX or MediaXMenu? The MXM looks cooler with the animations and all.

Please help me out, folks.

I have now installed the EvoX_autoinstaller_Slayer_2.5 (or something like that) on my XboX. Connection to my xbox through FlashFXP makes FlashFXP freeze when listing the content of the root. Using LeechFTP I am able to see all the files and folder, but when I am not able to delete content. And sometimes it suddenly disconnects.

And also standard EvoX menyoptions like System Settings are disabled from the menu. I am able to load my Games and Applications, but not access other standard menu options? huh.gif

So... what do I do?

Once I had this problem too. I found out that ftp on my xbox works only when evox is running. When e.g. xbmp is started, ftp gives a lot of trouble. May be it works for you.
