What did you use to fuse the acrylic pieces together? Ive made many sticks for the dreamcast, and a few for dc and xbox, but all made of wood, then wrapped in vinyl. Id like to make an acrylic one, but im afraid that it wont hold together well. Anyways, what pcb did you use for your guts?

I used a PS Dualshock 1 series H as my pcb. Easier wiring with this kind. To glue acrylic, u need special acrylic sealer stuff (I forget the name but its very thin stuff and flows like water).

I have another question that may be slightly off topic....

I want to create a similar acrylic stick and have lights on the inside to make it glow. I know most, if not all controller pcbs I've opened up used 5v. I plan to use a p360 stick, which also uses 5v. Can I still wire up extra lighting (leds) if the 5v is being used by the p360 stick itself? What voltage do the motors in the rumble use each?

i used acrylic cement to glue everything togther. (availible at a glass and plexi shops for about five bucks a tube) and the pcb's are two siatek's i found at bestbuy for 10 bucks apiece.
