hey guys sorry about this question its just I am new at flashing BIOS's.... when you flash your bios does it format your HDD with it?

Depends on your BIOS. If you have a drive maller than 137GB, don't worry about it. If it's larger, the LBA48 options could hose up your F: (In that case, pick one that has G: support, which will leave your F: size alone)
