Hi,

Since the XBOX almost is a computer then we would be able to turn a PC to a XBOX? The xbox uses a motherboard and a Geforce 3 MX card, I would like to turn a 733mhz P2, Geforce 4 TI 4200 to a "xbox". So i would be able to play xbox games on my pc screen like a real xbox, if you understand. If someone has experience on this area or have some url's that explains how to do this I would be glad to use my computer as a guniepig.

IM sure it's being worked on. But its more difficult than having the right hardware. IT's about the bios and what ot looks for exactly as well as the EEPROM.

Im sure one day well have the info we need to do it.

for now its a pipe dream.

secondly, you need a celeron M not a p2

thirdly you need 100pin memory modules (64mb total)

You'd need roughly a 2.0 GHz processor 9500 and up Graphics card and atleast 512 MBs of Ram IMO for a xbox emulator proggie to work on a compy (decently)

Well nuts......ok

A XBOX got a 733 MHz CPU and 64 MB ram and 64 MB graphic card. And offcourse ppl would think that they can make their own "xbox". So why call ppl nuts just coz their asking a question? The only one that have to be "nuts" is you since you wont even try to explain nicely.

But thnx for the help anyway.

If you really want to play xbox games on your pc, get a vga adapter or use the video in. Xbox emulation has a long ways to go before there's going to be anything close to playable.
