Pc2xbox File Transfert

HI i keep have this error message from flashfxp (out of memory)..i first get some of the files then it disconnect ..if i reconnect i will have same result at first file to transfert attemp ...If i reeboot the xbox it will let me get more file but not everything i want to transfert before i loose conection , i think it have to do with PASV settings
while downloading or uploading file to the Xbox:SOmeone can tell me what to do?

150 File status okay; about to open data connection.
421 Out of memory.
Connection lost: 192.168.0.112
Attempting to Reconnect.
Transfer Failed!

I Had That kind Of Prob It Was My Firewall That Was Bloking My Box Try To Shut Down Your Anti-Virus And Retry It

yea see if you have any firewall running, even the default winxp one...

Hey i thought firewall might be the problem 2 ..BUt how come it would let me get half of the files then sudenly decided to block this data...mabe local transfert goes too fast for the firewall as i do run one ..i will turn it off and let you know ..

NO chances im still having same problem ..
I use norton internet security 2003 disable at win2k startup ..
U guys think it CAN come from router side?I have dlink rev b.
