I was curious if it would be possible for someone to port an old school 2D fighter to the Xbox, preferably open source and easily moddable. Something like Street Fighter would be great. I personally think it would be very awesome to design your own 2D fighting game, with your own characters, combos, special movies, etc. However, I lack the skills to get something like this started, unfortunately. I might be able to do it if someone else gave it a head start and ported an open source 2D fighter, however.

EDIT: Sorry, I meant to say that a clone of an old school 2D fighter would work very well, also. Street Fighter X would just be awesome.

There's a lot of Fighting "Games" for PC but really is and fighting engine.

You can put all the fighter you want, but the 90% are rips from emulators.

In Pc was Mugen,KOF91,and one or two more but i can't remenber the name.

KOF91 is opensource, and was ported recently for GP32.

Greetings from spain.

(my english is crap, i know biggrin.gif )
