One of the new features of XBOX Live is that some games can be detected even while you're offline (if they have Live Aware capabilities). If you have a burned game that has Live Aware and you're using your modchip to play it, is there any chance that MS could pick up the modchip and delete your account, even if you're offline?

Also, can yo burn to CD-Rs or RWs? I have heard some people say yes, but it doesn't seem like there would be enough space.

Yes, if Live connects with the modchip on, your Xbox will be banned. Live doesn't delete accounts off the HD, or even from their own server. They ban the Xbox. If banned, get new EEPROM from Buy and Sell.

Best to turn off auto sign-in in the dash and use X2 4981 BIOS, which disables Live with modchip on.

And yes, a game that fits on a CDRW can fit on a CDR

Get the lastest Xecuter BIOS, it removed the ability for Live to connect while the BIOS is in use (chip on).
