Bios Boot Cd...

I was a little confused here, when making the bios CD I have my Bios.bin file that I made and most recomend a dummy file also.
Once I have these two things do I have to make an ISO of them then burn them to CDRW or can i simply burn the 2 files???

If you are doing a bios update to a chip on a new install, because it has cromwell bios on it etc.. that maybe different, what chip do you have...???

I'mm getting an Executer 2.3b Lite+,
And ya it's for when I'm at the cromwell screen.
I just wanted to know do I make an ISO of th bios file and the dummy?Or do I simply burn the files to CDRW using nero?
