why is it that when i try to backup games like ninja gaiden and medal of honor , which are both abot the 4 gig range, my xbox says the disk is dmaged dirty?

Which drive do you have and what software are you using to rip on the xbox?

i have a liteon , and im using nero to burn it, so far ive backed up 2 other games and they worked fine, i dont understand what the problem with these 2 could be , especially cuz ive read other ppl were able to back them up

No no, I meant what kind of drive in your xbox, and are you ripping the game to your xbox harddrive first then ftp'ing, or ftp'ing the files directly from the xbox dvd drive? Also are you using media that you've used in the past that has worked for you.

no... im ftp'ng right from the cd.... yeah the media is the same

im having the same problem it is annoying. im taking out the _j files and it still doesnt work. Im using the same software for buring i did for the others. IM using qwix to make the iso. i want this game backuped badly
