laugh.gif spoken like a true n00b...

my matrx expedition on a v1.1 box didnt go too well. I broke a pogo pin on the damned matrix. (damnit this thing never gives me a break)

this is what i will attempt to do...

i am going to solder the matrix to the damn points. BUT! i dont have any real wires... im wondering if speaker wires will due the trick... unsure.gif

and just to clear things up... wil i have to solder the wires to the topside of the matrix? or directly onto the pogo pins themselves...?

well uh....why don't you go to rat shack and get some "real" wire? it's like $1.99 for 30awg wire...like 50 ft of it. then u don't have to ask if it will work ;P

get the proper wire. you are introducing another area for problems if you don't.

OK... so I just bought the wires. 22 gauge cuz radio shack had no 30.

Which spots on the lpc do i want to solder to?

Also, how bad would it be if the spot i solder on the g spot is too big...?
