There are tons of tuts for power sources and how to wire them, but I don't think there is one that covers placement of LEDs. Just secure them in place wherever you can.

Check mysig for links on LED wiring smile.gif

Hot glue?

Most of my controller LEDs just stay in place by how they are placed - either soldered directly onto power points, or the wires are arranged to hold them in place.

I use 30 awg wire, because thats all I have. I don't think the leds will stay in place with a wire that skinny. uhh.gif

I use a combination of Brahm's method and hot glue to fit the most inside. There are 9 LED's in my blue controller right now, but I haven't tried to install as many as possible. I could probably fit twice that many inside. Anyway, try to minimize your wires by sharing connections with the LED's and combine the 5v and ground connections coming in from your power source. If you run wires from each LED it will get much too messy.
