Is There A Program To Play .ts(transport Streams)

Is there a program to play transport streams(.ts)? They are ripped directly from an HD signal but will not play in XBMP or XBMC. The program I use on my computer is VLC Media Player. I would like to play HD material but don't know how to do it.

Oh sorry I misunderstood..I am not sure how to set up xns.I will try to find a tutorial...Thanks for the replys..
