Evox Logo Screen?

Ok, chip is in, new hdd is in, everything works fine except when i try and run installed apps or try the MS Dash board option in Evox. I get a scree nathat's black with the green evolutionx logo. Help!

For The Ms™ Check If In Your C: You Have xboxdash.xbe

when i installed evox, i renamed the xboxdash to msxboxdash.xbe, and the default.xbe to xboxdash.xbe.

Ok What Bios Are You Using ¿ Nothing Older Then 4891. Rename Your xboxdash.xbe To evoxdash.xbe And Your msxboxdash.xbe To xboxdash.xbe

I'm using 4982 bios. I'm still getting the Evox logo when I click "Lunch DVD", "MS Dashboard" or when I try to run an installed app. I renamed them like you said.

Turn Off The Mod And Check If The Clock Is Set In The Ms™ Dash.

I get an error 5 when i turn the chip off and a FRAG.

Ok the Hard Drive is locked now and I fixed the date in the MS Dashboard. I still get the logo when I try anf load an application or click the MS Dashboard or Load DVD menu options.

did you check your evox.ini? to make sure that xboxdash.xbe is called in the correct location?

my xboxdash.xbe is in the C:\ directory as well as the evoxdash.xbe

try turning off the chip and see if the MS dashboard loads. if it does than your evox is looking for the wrong dash name

I thought the 4982 bios was buggy. Try using 4983 or 4981 bios instead.
