I plan to spray uv paint all over the inside of my box.

I wish to know these things.

Were to buy it, i want Green, i can find Blue everwere but not this color.

Will a normal cathode work to light it all, or would a UV cathode work better.

Will it harm any parts inside the system in any way.

Will it shine with leds on.

Normal light won't light up the UltraViolet paint, you need a UV light/cathode to make it 'glow'

E-mail or phone the company and ask them if their paints are conductive. Some computer customization shops sell non-conductive UV paint for tracing the lines on video cards, motherboards, etc. Better yet, search for non-conductive UV paint. If the paint conducts electricity it could be very damaging. Also, when applying, take out components like the fan, so it won't get clogged, and cover all ports and plugs so the paint does not interfere with connections.

Only if they are UV LEDs.

Here's one quick link I found - not sure if this brand is conductive or not.
