Adding A App To First Screen

what i want to do is put applications i use most on the first nexgen screen instead of going to applications and finding it. I put the skin in there for it but i cant get the application to work. For example dvd2xbox i want on first nexgen screen
Here is my xml....ive tried putting in the search paths section but that did not work either.

I dont think its possible at the moment because of the way we are calling things ttho but have u tried reading
