Ugh, Just Bought Action Replay, Now Software Wont

16 Bit Windows Subsystem :
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG.NT. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and MS Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application.
button1 := Close
button2 := Ignore
what happened when i hit close := it closes (duh?)
what happened when i hit ignore := it closes again....
Anyone got any idea what im suppost to do??
