Streaming With Xbmc?

Sorry if this question has been asked a million times, but is it possible to stream video files across a network from a PC and have XBMC play them?

With the search off line it makes it kinda hard to look for this kinda thing.

Yes, it surely is. Use Samba. Set up in the xml your directories and addresses.
Set file sharing on the PC and stream away.
It is a feature I use every day for music and video - and it's *great*!

Will your at it read how to set up streaming in the stick post and if you still have questions that are not answered there or if the are unclear for you just write a question in the forum
