I have to return this box soon, so please help fast ohmy.gif

I made a new hard drive using Itools and xboxhdm, thankfully no errors this time. However, I just finished putting in the new hard drive and closing up the box, when I realized... there's no F partition!

Is there any way I can format F without having to go back into xboxhdm (reopening the box)

Thanks guys...

it should be easy if you can get it to boot... just go into evox and you can format from there. i did that to gain the extra 2 gb on my stock hdd... i dont remember the command but its in the tutorial section on x-s. good luck! smile.gif

I don't see anything to format... all I see is "Use F Drive"

here we go, add this to your evox.ini:

Item "Format F drive",@215

then at the bottom:

[Action_15]

Info "Install HDD"
Warning "This will not format all drives"
Warning "But make sure you have a backup of C & E anyway"
Progress "Formatting drive"
Format f:

That worked perfectly, thank you so much for taking the time to do that!

I have a 120 gig hard drive in that box, and it reads 114 gigs free on F and about 5 gigs free on E.
