Hello.

I have Xbox with Alladin Advance Plus Mod Chip
Evox_M7 Bios

And I used EvolutionX dashboard.
Recently I downloaded latest Avalaunch, and tested it.

I kinda liked the features and stuff, but I got only 1 problem.

The screen resolution looks ugly, Its hard ro read the text, and there is a lot of flicker on the TV. It should be at 60 or 50Hz, (if you look to the roof you see the flicker on the TV). In evox dash there is no flicker and text looks great.

My TV is new, It's a cheap LG 21" Flat screen. I think its 720 points. or something.

Any ideas to fix this? Or maybe its the way avalaunch looks on all boxes.

Thanks alot.

Change your settings in the options. put it on PAL-I, and enable 720p see if that makes a diff unsure.gif

Yes, its already on that mode.

But 720p says Disabled.
If I try to change it, it says "Cant write to EPPROM" or something like that..

Ok, going to try that.

Does your Avalaunch looks great, and it's easy to read the text?

Any other ideas?

Yea my avalaunch looks lovely! No problems at all with the text. If fiddling with the video doesn't work I have no idea. What cable are you using?

Hi, well I did the HD and EPPROM unlock thing.

And I enabled 420, 720 and 1100p (or similar numbers). And I tried combinations.
And it looks exactly the same.

Im using AV cables that came with the xbox.
Thanks.

Any help really appreciated.

Ok, but I dont have a HDTV, Its a regular flat screen tv. I think I saw on the box of the TV it was 720 points or something, I dont remember well.

Evox text looks great, Ava and UnleashX looks crappy with a lot of flicker on the screen.

The main question -- did you back up your EEPROM?
