Can't Use Dolby Digital Settings

hi folks

have a problem. I connected my 5.1 system to my xbox (coaxial). Now i can't change the settings in the xbmc to dolby digital !

can anybody help me in this case?

not sure, i think you gotta have that super audio video cable set with the svideo and everything on it.

did you enable dts, and dolby from the MS dash?

hm, since i have the 160gig hdd, there is no orig ms dashboard anymore. when starting without chip there's always an error. how can i fix that?

can you please explani me how i can do this in the xbmc? i only could found a tutorial for the evox. thx

grab a copy of "config magic" from "the usual places"
it'll lock it up good for ya, if your hd is lockable.
read the tutorials on this they'll help alot

thx, this program is fantastic. couldn't be easier to do cool.gif

an other question: do you know why i can't start any programs from my hdd? i can see them in the explorer from xbmc, but by starting one of them, there is always a "black screen" and nothing works anymore --> requires always a new start.

anything else is working --> movies, sound, settings etc.
