well i had a softmod and i was getting tired of the damn clock loop
so i put in an aladdin chip
the led lights up so the lpc points are fine
i dont know if i did the do point right
but i was wondering
the xbox is fragging could that be that the alddin live is conflicting with the soft mod and if i put in another hardrive will it make a difference
and one more question
do i have to solder all the points or do i only have to do the do point?
thanks guys

The LED only indicates power to the chip , it does not mean the lPC points are all ok.
If you ground ythe D0 point you do not need to do the BT and stuff.
You need to give more details of how you installed it? Did the box work ok before? How did you wire the D0? etc

If the bottom do point is damaged you will have to wire up the top one instead. Make sure not to damage the top one though. if you want to boot the original bios again you will also have to repair the damage caused usually by linking the top D0 to the bottom trace that goes to the D0. Chip mode should still work by running the top D0 to ground
