Ok i am trying to get linux installed on my system. Now im not here to talk about linux but i have a lil problom. I am supposed to install GentooX into my E:. The problem with that is that my E: is only 223MB but my F: still has 66GB left. How would I (if i can) take so many GB or MB from the F: and add it to my E: to make it bigger.Another words i need to take from the right and give to the poor. How can i go about doing this with out loosing anything i have saved?

Thanx for all the help.

oh, well i havent done that so i wouldnt know (i did the file transfer method), but just to backup what triggernum5 said, yeah, the first 5 partitions do need to be a certain size, then only ones that can change (as a result of the hdd being larger, therefore being formated with bigger partitions) is F: and G: if the hdd is big enough

If you have a focus chip does your build support it? Sorry if I'm way outdated here.. There are usually kernel fixes for new video encoders.. Don't know about the XCalibers yet..

its not a 1.6 if it has a focus chip, all the 1.6's came with the xcalibur, if its a conexant its a 1.0-1.1, if it has focus its 1.2-1.5, xcalibur=1.6
