Hey guys, about to attempt to put DVD activity, HDD activity, and Network activity lights in my xbox. I'm going to mount them all right next to each other on the left side of the xbox.

1) I don't think I've seen all 3 mounted next to each other, does this present any type of problem?

2) I can't find any info or tutorials on the Network activity light. Can anyone tell me how to do it or post a link on a tutorial for it? I would really appreciate it.

3) And the network activity light blinks correct? just like the hdd and dvd activity lights....?

Thanks x-s

I wouldn't mind knowing about it myself, actually.

What do most people use for power when you have 3 different activity lights?

do you really just pick a red wire, cut open the casing, and solder your wire to the middle of any part of the red wire?

so it could look like this:

|
|--------new wire
|

Will that still fuction correctly?
(sorry, never done a mod needing power like this)

Yes, then make sure to wrap some electrical tape around the new connection.
