I've been wanting to install an 80mm fan in the rear of the xbox in addition to cutting out areas of the hd tray for good airflow and cooler hd temps. I've never used a dremel before and my dad has one lying downstairs. I have one question: what bit(s) should I use for cutting plastic? Any specific shape (circle/screw shaped etc.). Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Use a the cutter bit. It kind of looks like a bit for a screw driver with which you can drill holes into wood before you actually put a screw in it. As for the HD tray, I used a skill saw.
