I've a mkv file that I am unable to play. I had a similiar problem last week but the latest build corrected it. The codecs probably need to be updated, if anyone knows what matroska filters have been recently added or are somewhat rare, drop a post.

I still have the 9-3CVS, but Matroska has been supported for a while, video and all.

yeah it works fine here ..... maybe check your install (or update again) or maybe your mvk is corrupt.
