i bought a ps one screen, not for xbox but for a diy projector (have a look at lumenlab.com)
i wired it up to my laptop via tv out and it worked!
next i chopped off the rf lead, connected a headphone jack and could not get a picture only some kind of static?
so i opened up the rf box and there are 4 wires in it (2 for ant and 2 for xbox?)
i tried loads of different combinations as i didnt know which was for t.v and which for xbox, now if i connect it to my laptop it still displays but is a bit srcewed, jumpy pic etc, i think its the h/sync? or summin

anyone know how i can ressurect it or is it destined for the bin?
if not il have to get another for 40

has anyone connected one to xbox via the rf lead? whats the correct method?
should i chop the yellow wire of the phono and use that on the h/phone jack instead of rf?

you would have a better picture quality from either composite or VGA signal.
there is a lot of info on the pinouts here http://www.bit-tech.net/article/136/
if you get pics that would be better!!

also where did you get the screen?
