I have modded many many xboxes, but of course my friend's xbox is the one to mess up so he comes to me whenever he sees something wrong... laugh.gif

Well this xbox doesnt allow him to launch any backups from the hard drive which have been transfered from another xbox... I dont know, its weird. I thought it was the way it was transferred, so I sent him about 5 more games.. nothing worked. So then we formatted the drive and started over, I FTP'ed one game from my xbox, nothing... he can FTP that game to another xbox and it will work fine on the other xbox. I went ahead and plugged my hard drive onto his xbox, and none of my games worked either.......weird. dry.gif If I plug his hard drive up to my xbox, the game starts up perfect, we tried messing with all the settings on evox, and nothing changed.... its NOT a 1.6 xbox, its running an xecuter 2.3B lite modchip with a 160gb wetern digital hard drive. Any advice? Thanks

Sounds like its gotta be a bios issue.

Yea I reflashed it with the same bios that is on my own modchip, and no dice. I also installed another 2.3B lite and flashed it, nothing... dry.gif I'm all out of ideas

did this include the evox.ini file to point to the proper directory?
