I just took out my metal shielding and that black stuff because I have a crystal xbox and I was installing Xenium LEDs. When I went to turn it on, I had wavy/noisy graphics. I went back and grounded the LEDs but this did nothing. I was told to put the metal back in but I wouls rather not. So if there is any other way to stop this, it would be greatly appreciated if you could let me know. I was wondering if just putting that black stuff back in under the Power Supply could fix this?

move it away from any RF generating electronics.... you will need the shielding in your location...
