Does anyone know how I can get my hands on the Xbox Repair & Refurbishment disk??

I was trying to downgrade the dashboard so I could install Linux (Software Method) but everything got screwed up along the way. My unmodded Xbox wont load up the dash, the eject button led is doing the christmas thing (flashing green and red), and all I can get is the multi-lungual "Your Xbox Requires Service.... etc" message.

I got hooked up to the Xbox with a cross-over cable, got connected through a telnet connection, and followed the instructions on the Xbox-Linux.org page to downgrade my dashboard:

cd /mnt/C/fonts
tar xzf /mnt/E/fonts*.tar.gz
mv XBox\ Book.xtf XBox\ Book.bak
mv Xbox.xtf Xbox.bak
mkdir /mnt/C/Linux
cd /mnt/E/UDATA/4d530017/E8FF68C9193B
cp -p default.xbe linuxboot.cfg vmlinuz initrd /mnt/C/Linux
umount /mnt/C

Those are the commands I typed into telnet. Obviously it didn't work, and I've been kicking myself in the ass all night! I have backups of the C: and E: partitions/folders, so all I really need to do is to copy it back onto the Xbox's HDD. But HOW???
