I'm trying to install a xenium ice in this kid's xbox using the solderless option. I've installed matrixes and chameleons before no problem, but this one is giving me alot of trouble. I've realigned the chip countless times and it seems to boot up, green LED, green eject light, but no video or audio. However, when I hit the eject button, the eject LED turns orange and an image pops up on screen of a low-res xenium chip and some stuff scrolls by at the top of the screen but it is too far off the screen to read. If I put a disc in at this point the LED turns red and the xbox shuts off. I have already checked the fan and heatsink and everything seeems to be working fine so I don't think that overheating is the problem. Does anybody have any idea what this could be?

i just soldered the whole damn thing in and it still doesn the same thing..... does anybody know whats going on??
