No one can help you unless you give people specific information. Some emulators need roms zipped some don't and some use diffrent rom directories. For starters try reading the file called README that comes along with almost all emulators.

Most xbox emulators can not read rarred files.

No asking for roms isnt allowed.

now lets fix your problem once and for all

1 - you are using a snes emulator, so you are most likely using Xsnes9X
2 - make a dir inside your snes emulator dir, call it roms
3 - put your roms inside that dir, they may be zipped but not rarred
4 - if your roms can not be copied you either have
a) not enough space
b) the romnames are too long or contain characters that the xbox can not read

5 - if 4 happens you use a renamer, use goodsnes and goodgui (goodgui is a frontend that helps you with the renaming)
a) dont forget to check the Xbox rename option when renaming your roms, this will remove all illegal characters from the romname and will shorten it to xbix file lenght.

now go and see if this helps.
