ok, i got a bunch of apps for my xbox. i made the apps/games folder on the box's e drive, i connected to the evox dash's ip and ftped the apps into the apps folder. when i went to the launch menu>apps, there is nothing there...

(my comp ip address: 172.16.0.2, my xenium OS ip address: 172.16.0.1, my evox ip address: 172.16.0.3; if those make a difference).

make sure your evox.ini has a line item that autodetects apps and games

mine looks like this:

Section "Root"
{
Item "Play Game or Media from DVDROM Drive",ID_Launch_DVD
Section "Play Games loaded on HDD"
{
Line "- Games on the Hard Drive -",2
AutoAddItem "E:\GAMES\"
AutoAddItem "E:\HDDLoader\"
AutoAddItem "f:\GAMES\"
AutoAddItem "f:\HDDLoader\"

SortAll
}
Item "Game Trainers",ID_trainer
Item "DVD MOVIE Player - Region Free","e:\Apps\DVDX\default.xbe"
Section "Self Installed Emulators"
{
Line "- Emulators on Hard Drive -",2
AutoAddItem "e:\Apps\Emulators\"
SortAll
}
Item "Xbox Media Player - XBMP","e:\Apps\XBMP\default.xbe"
Item "Xbox Media Center - XBMC","e:\Apps\XBMC\default.xbe"
Item "Avalaunch Dashboard","c:\avalaunch.xbe"
Section "System Management"
{
Item "Manage HDD Games with PxHDDLoader","e:\Apps\HDDLoader\default.xbe"
Item "DVD2XBOX Game & Media Backup Tool","e:\Apps\DvD2XboX\default.xbe"
Item "Choose a Different Skin",ID_Skins
Section "Launch Apps from HD"
{
Line "- Media and File Managers -",2
Item "Dvd2Xbox Media Copier","e:\Apps\Dvd2Xbox\default.xbe"
Item "PxHDD Loader","e:\Apps\HDDLoader\default.xbe"
Item "Xbox File Explorer","e:\Apps\boXplorer\default.xbe"
Line "- Auto Added Items -",2
SortStart
AutoAddItem "e:\Apps\"
AutoAddItem "f:\Apps\"

SortEnd
}
