Photocopy the receipt, form, and UPC. Send all the copied stuff using a different name/address, and write "originals used for another rebate" on the form*. Chances are the part-timer that processes the rebates won't even notice.

I installed the Samsung 5400rpm 120G and locked using ConfigMagic2. Works great, very quiet, and no heat problems. biggrin.gif

True, technically, the 7200 is faster than a 5400 however, the xbox uses a slow transfer rate (33) so in the case of xbox the higher rpm isn't utilitized or at least humanly noticable. The cache on the samsung is 2G but again the transfer rate is so slow, I don't think the cache is a factor. My decision was based on price ($120 and no rebate hassles) and I was somewhat concerned about noise & heat. However, from what I read, most people with 7200's aren't having a problem with heat. Good luck. biggrin.gif
