I would like to remove my retail xBox drive & ghost it as a backup. This way I could play around with some of the utilities, and if I mess up my HD with booting or whatever, I could removed the HD, and then restore the Ghost image back to the drive.

Is this possible?

Thanks!

yes, because norton ghost copies bit for bit information, rahter than a copy paste system, it will work just fine. copying the partitions, and file structure. but if your just looking to get the files onto your computer to mess around with, your better off just ftp'ing them to your comp rather than ghost imaging them.
