I need to know if anyone has any ideas on how to fix this problem. I am not able to ftp into my xbox anymore. All the info on my xbox and router are working perfectly. I have the IP address on the xbox and when I use flashfxp it says connection refused. Everything was working fine yesterday and all the settings are exactly the same. If anyone has any ideas for things I can try, please post.

Check your ipconfig on your PC
Compare all the info it gives you to the stuff on your box.

make sure the ip is in the same range, your subnet and DNS match, and your user and pass are both "xbox", both are case sensitive

"Connection refused" makes me think of an incorrect username/password. It sounds like you are getting a connection but then it is being dropped by the Xbox for some reason. Enable logging in your ftp client and check the log after a failed attempt. It should give you an indication at what point the failure occurred. If you see that it connects, then accepts the username but fails after that, the password is probably incorrect.
