Well, I apply the bondo, sand until flat. But then I paint and it looks like it dips where I filled in with bondo. Do I have to make a little lump so that dip doesn't show? Any help.

Thanks.

well what i did was cut out control port 1 & 2 and bondoed it above 3 & 4. I applied also in the cracks that run atop the front. I waited about 8 hours before I sanded. I used 80 grit sand paper. The paint was just a quick coat of white krylon fusion to see if I would get the result I dreaded. Which I did.

maybe try taping the front two controller ports off on the front .....and filling the inside w/ epoxy or glue of some sort...wait till it dries ..then bondo the front w/o the tape..then sand ...should give you a clean face....just an idea to toos about

It was bondo household do it yourself product. I used my fingers to sand it up. And spookie I dont get what your saying. I used bondo once before the fill in the 1 2 3 4 numbering on the front of the xbox and it turned out good.

i think the fact that you used your fingers is the cause of the problem when you use your fingers to sand sometimes you get lil dents and wavy spots sorry to tell you but i think thats what happend
