I ordered an Xbox from gamestop (making sure to get the package w/ free Mech Assualt cool.gif )

It Arrived today at 1pm ( my first Xbox) its now almost 1am.

according to some 'find your version' thing it said I had a V1 yet (much later)
I found out the xbox is named V1.1 ?

bad news first, It appears that the cd drive is dying (many disc read errors) grr.gif
but I'll fix that later.

So far after many hours of hard work (everything other than xbhdm sux)
I'm running evox dash + xbmc installed and working biggrin.gif

Now I'm working on getting games running from the hdd. I've just started that bit but
and links to some tuts would be helpful. Keep in mind I cant really use the cd drive grr.gif

Cheers Everybody!
