man you should have tryed to sell it on here cuz ebay will pull that anyway free bump

He'll get TONS more exposure on ebay though. If He'd have put a BIN on it, he might have sold it there before the eBay police found it.

No, once it is bought ebay will see it and item will be removed instantly. Unless you get paid immediately you are screwed.

its hit or miss with them ... you have to try for the initial exposure ... if they catch it then oh well ... which they did in this case.

But they have their share of felonious sales that I keep a record of when I see, just in case they try to tell me I'm doing something Illegal ... which I'm not ... just against their rules.

I guess they are checking for the old "M0D" using a zero instead of O ... used to work.
