Since the BIOS is copied into memory once the Xblock is booted up, would it be possible to make a BIOS or dashboard or app that switched the BIOS in memory with another one specified?
I'm kind of thinking about the Matrix and also if people want to try an experimental BIOS or something like that, they wouldn't have to worry about doing a bad flash and not being able to boot up the Xblock to fix it.

I think that's what the first Linux bootcd did.

remember ?
it was released as bios , but also as CD image.
